Question 1

What happens during a hyperbaric oxygen session?

Accepted Answer

You relax inside a pressurised chamber for 60 minutes while breathing concentrated oxygen. You can lie back, rest, read or listen to music. A member of our team prepares you, explains each step and stays close by throughout.

Question 2

How much does HBOT cost in Basingstoke?

Accepted Answer

£55 for a 60-minute session. A 5-session package is £248 and a 10-session package is £468. Members pay £44 per session. New customers get 40% off their first session with code INTRO40, making it £33.

Question 3

Does it feel uncomfortable?

Accepted Answer

Most people find it calm and relaxing. As the chamber pressurises you may feel a fullness in your ears, like on a plane, which usually clears by swallowing or yawning. You can ask us to pause or stop at any time.

Question 4

Is it suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Everyone completes a short health screening before their first session. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure, book a free discovery session first so we can talk it through, and check with your GP.

Question 5

How often should I come?

Accepted Answer

Many people start with a few sessions a week, then move to a regular routine. Packages and memberships keep the cost per session down. We are happy to suggest a plan that fits your goals.

Question 6

Where are you and is there parking?

Accepted Answer

We are on the first floor of 35 Winchester St, Basingstoke RG21 7EE, in the town centre, a short walk from the town's car parks and the train station.
