Why combining recovery therapies works better than picking one
Cryotherapy, compression, HBOT, red light and PEMF do different jobs. Sequenced properly, they complement each other.
Each recovery modality works on a different part of the same problem. Cold exposure calms the inflammatory response. Pneumatic compression physically moves fluid. Hyperbaric oxygen raises oxygen availability for tissue repair. Red light stimulates the cells that use it. Used alone, each is useful; used together, they stack.
Cryotherapy then compression
The classic post-training pairing. Cold first to settle inflammation and the nervous system, then thirty minutes of compression to flush the legs. Most people leave feeling noticeably lighter than after either session alone.
Oxygen then light
Hyperbaric oxygen followed by red light therapy is a favourite for tissue repair, skin and energy. Raise the supply first, then stimulate demand.
Build it into a week, not a day
You do not need to do everything at once. Our weekly memberships exist precisely so you can mix and match across a month and see what your body responds to. Tell the team what you are training for or managing, and we will sequence it for you.
